Improved Blood Textures

Description
Adds higher resolution textures for splatters and wounds. Splatter textures cover a wider area while splats/blobs of blood are cover less which helps to diversify the way blood appears.

Note: Blood not layering on top of each other is a bug with the Source Engine. You can notice this same problem with other Source related games. You can try a mod called Blood++ here on the workshop.

-Increase brightness to flesh wounds and fixed a odd wound texture.
-Minor edits to blood splatters
-Removed my changes to screen spatters and mist. (not working correctly)

This mod can cause "too many indices for index buffer" crashes because of the texture size which was doubled, often more with models that have complex geometry.

The solution to this resizing back to 256x256 which is the valve default. Also the weird "transparency" issue when pointing a flashlight at it is caused by the normal map flag, you don't want it enabled in that regard even if you'd think blood need reflection.

I haven't done the experiment myself but knowing this is a sprite/decal it's unlikely to support normal maps for detailed reflections either, at least not in source engine.
