Cheats

Once you've finished the game without using any cheats, go crazy and experiment.

Enabling cheats

Go to the deus ex\System folder and edit user.ini. Locate the [Extension.InputExt] section and ensure there is t=Talk. In game press T and remove the text "Say " and enter the following command:

set DeusEx.JCDentonMale bCheatsEnabled True

You may also want to map this command to a key while you are editing user.ini.

Cheat commands

To enter a cheat command press T and remove the "Say " text.

(these are most of the commands except there are much more items to summon)

General commands

The following are some general commands.

Command	Meaning
allweapons	Puts all weapons on the ground in front of you.
allammo	Gives you all default ammo for whatever weapons you are carrying. Default ammo means, for example, that you will get full tranquilizer darts but no flare darts.
allskills	Maxes your skills and gives you full skill points.
allskillpoints	Gives you enough skill points that you can upgrade all your skills to master.
allenergy	Replenishes your energy level.
allhealth	Replenishes your health level.
allcredits	10,000 credits.
legend	Display secret menu.
walk	Disable fly and no clipping modes.
fly	Enable fly mode.
ghost	Enable no clipping mode.
god	Toggle God Mode.
legend	Hidden menu.
tantalus	Kill current target.
slomo X	Sets game speed. Where X is 1 for normal speed, <1 to slow game speed and >1 to fasten game speed.
fov X	Sets the field of view.
behindview X	Moves the camera behind you. Where X is 1 for 3rd person and 0 for 1st person view.
invisible X	Makes you invisible. Where X is 1 for invisible and 0 for visible.
amphibious	Breathe underwater.
killpawns	Removes everything, bots, friends, foes from the map.
opensesame	Open, unlock, bypass the current highlighted item.
iamwarren	Gives you an EMP field that disables bots, cameras and turrets.
playersonly	Freezes everyone except the you.

Augmentations

To add an augmentation enter the command:

augadd X

Where X is the augmentation to add.

In order to upgrade the augmentations use the command:

spawnmass augmentationupgradecannister

The allaugs command will give you a set of augmentations (and upgrade any augs you currently have installed, thanks @XTwo). The augmentations for me are:
Cranial - Spy Drone
Eyes - Targeting
Arms - Combat Strength
Subdermal 1 - Cloak
Subdermal 2 - Ballistic Protection
Torso 1 - Energy Shield
Torso 2 - Environmental Resistance
Torso 3 - Regeneration
Legs - Speed

Skills

To update individual skills enter the command:

set X  CurrentLevel [0/1/2/3] 

Where X is the skill to update.

The number will set the skill level, 0 for Untrained up to 3 for Master.

If you just want the points and assign them yourself you can use the allskillpoints mentioned above or you can set the points yourself with the command:

set DeusEx.JCDentonMale SkillPointsAvail X

Where X is the amount of points you want. Generally you will start a new game with 5000 points.

Spawn items

To spawn an item enter the command:

spawnmass X Y

Where X is the item to spawn and Y is an optional number of items to spawn (thanks @Sambalproever from the comments), the default is 10.
Below is a small number of items you can summon, I've listed the weapon mods.

How do get to the system folder?

You need to know your Steam folder. If you don't know, open up Steam and go to View / Settings. Under the Downloads section click on STEAM LIBRARY FOLDERS.

Locate the Steam folder on the file system and underneath that you need to go to "\steamapps\common\deus ex\System". You may have something different so just use this as a guide and hopefully you'll find it.

is there a infinite energy cheat?

I'm not aware of an infinite energy cheat but you can give yourself a bucket load using this command:
set deusex.jcdentonmale energy 10000
The energy bar will max out and when you use augs the bar will just remain full until your energy gets low enough to start making a difference.
(I forgot about this command, so it's not in the main section)

How do i map the DeusEx.JCDentionMale thing to a keybinding?

In User.ini locate the section [Extension.InputExt]
Find a key you want to bind to and give it the command, e.g.
N=set DeusEx.JCDentonMale bCheatsEnabled True
You can use pretty much any command, e.g. if you keep running out of ammo you can bind a key to the "allammo" command.

@gamerz31w if you're referring to the "set DeusEx.JCDentonMale bCheatsEnabled True", there is no = needed. Sounds like something else is preventing the cheats from working.

Shouldn't it be "=" in ...cheats enabled? It seems it's not working.

SOLVED THE ISSUE: If you're using Kentie's launcher, you use the user.ini in the Documents/DeusEx folder. There's a SECOND set of key bindings at the bottom. You edit those to get these to work.
