Hardcore Skooma Overhaul

Description
The Theives Guild has decided to increase their revenue by dealing skooma. Skooma also has some new... addictive effects. The fences in Riften and Whiterun both sell skooma.

Effects:
Fully restore health, magicka, and stamina.
Slow Time and Berserk for 60 seconds.
After Slow Time and Berserk wear off, %150 speed for 60 seconds.
Drain all of your magicka for 24 hours.
Withdrawal:
Lose .5 health per second per bottle of skooma for 24 hours.

I have also added "Skoomadone" to help addicts kick the habit. Skoomadone increases your health by 500 for 24 hours, but makes you %1000 weaker to all types of magic for 24 hours, so a non addict shouldn't use it.

Also, don't use Carriages while going through withdrawal because you will die when you arrive at your destination. I highly reccomend this mod for people who still want to use carraiges: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/15094

Plans for the future:
Make more addicts and dealers in the streets
Add skooma pipes
Add a "Skooma Anonymous" group
Add "softer drugs" i.e. Skooma is to heroin as the planned drug is to weed.

This mod will consume your skyrim characters life, so you should make a separate "addict" save file. Good Luck!

OK I posted a comment about this after 60 weeks I finally took skooma in the game. I was in Cidhna Mine and it was much more in character to just fight my way out but I kept dying. So I took some skooma and I barely made it out alive, and now my character is practically unplayable. See, when the mod author said that the negative effects lasted for 24 hours, those were 24 real life hours. For 24 hours of actual play time, you will have: no magicka, stamina, or health regen AND THE WORST PART
Is that you cannot skip this time in game
See when you are taking health damage (which you will after taking Skooma) you are unable to sleep or wait. So go to a major city and buy some Skoomadone(which my level 36 character hasnt encountered)?You also cannot fast travel when you're taking health damage and carriages kill you
TL;DR
USING SKOOMA WITHOUT HAVING SKOOMADONE ON YOUR PERSON WILL MAKE YOUR CHARACTER EITHER DEAD OR UNPLAYABLE FOR 24 REAL-LIFE HOURS

I'm gonna keep this because anything is better than the base game skooma, but this mod has taken both the positive and negative effects of skooma and blown them WAYYY out of proportion in my opinion. It's supposed to make you euphoric and exhilarated, then crash, like sugar. Not turn you into a god for 60 seconds and then kill you. I mean come on, 0.5 health per second for 24 hours is a total of 43,200 hit points. You'll need to popping health potions or cabbages constantly to stop yourself dying. And Skoomadone should absolutely make you weak to magic, but not ten times weaker to magic. A level one noob using flames suddenly does 80 damage a second? Withdrawal is supposed to be hard, not a death sentence. A level 100 character would die in 125 seconds, maximum, and only if they're fighting a level one mage, which a level 100 character would obviously not be.

TL;DR
TAKE ALL YOUR EFFECTS AND SCALE THEM DOWN BY 100 DEAR GOD MAN

Oh an i just tested if you go to jail, you lose the skooma addiction so if you that desperate...

This mod is a great way of saving your butt in battle for a heavey price AND role playing a skooma addict but somtimes I drink the skooma and nothing happens so in turn if im need it to survive the withdraw im dead is this a bug or is sopposed to do that?
