How To Unlock All Secret Characters in WWII Zombies! (All Secret Character Challenges and Unlocks)

Intro

By now you have probably seen the secret characters in the COD WW2 zombies menu but how exactly do you unlock them? In this guide I'm providing exact unlock requirements for each of the characters that include the Mountaineer, Survivalist, BAT Elite, Assassin and a few others.

Players will be pleased to know that unlocking new characters takes a fair amount of skill. Challenges range from simple things such as defeating the Panzermorder boss or building the Tesla Wonder Weapon by round 6, to harder challenges such as surviving until round 30 without going down and even completing the main hardcore Easter Egg SOLO (saving Klaus). The hardest character to unlock is going to be the Assassin whilst the easiest is the BAT Agent.

In total there are 6 secret characters to unlock in The Final Reich and more will be added with DLC maps in the future. These characters provide a cosmetic appearance boost only, but in doing so, they're a great way to show off your skills in public matches when other players may not have been fortunate enough to unlock them.

How to change/find your character

Changing your character is a simple process. In the zombies "Lobby" menu select the button at the bottom of the screen which reads "Select Character". A little side screen appears to the left with a list of selectable characters.

Any characters with a ??? have NOT been unlocked yet and you will have to complete their unlock requirements before they can be selected, even in local play.

What are those Sets?

Before we go any further let's take a moment to discuss Character "Sets". Every unlockable character is comprised of a character set and players have to complete each "Part" of the set to fully unlock a secret character.

For example, you would have to unlock parts A, B, C, D, E of the Mountaineer Set to fully unlock this secret character. If you had only found parts A, B, D, then you would still need to complete the objectives for C and E which would include surviving 25 rounds in Prologue and surviving 25 waves without unlocking the secret room in Prologue.

As you complete each objective (shown below) an on screen message appears saying "Hidden Objective Complete".

Hunter

Unlock Requirements

Hunter

• Part A, B, C, D, E - Random reward for killing the Treasure zombie.

This character can be unlocked by collecting Part A, Part B, Part C, Part D, and Part E of the Zombie Hunter set. This set is obtained by killing the Treasure Zombie that appears randomly throughout Nazi Zombies. Different pieces will randomly drop and can be picked up to be added to your collection.

Survivalist

Unlock Requirements

Survivalist

• Part A - Survived 30 waves without going down in Final Reich.
  
• Part B - Survived 30 waves without using Blitz in Final Reich.
  
• Part C - Survived 30 waves without turning on the power in Final Reich.
  
• Part D - Survived 30 waves with only starting weapons in Final Reich.
  
• Part E - Survived 30 waves with only two Mystery Box purchases in Final Reich.

Mountaineer

Unlock Requirements

Mountaineer

• Part A - Survived 20 waves without opening doors in Final Reich..
  
• Part B - Survived 20 waves without opening doors and without going down in Final Reich.
  
• Part C - Survived 25 waves in Prologue.
  
• Part D - Survived 25 waves without going down in Prologue..
  
• Part E - Survived 25 waves without unlocking the secret room in Prologue.

Slayer (Assassin)

Unlock Requirements

Slayer (Assassin)

• Part A - Defeated the Panzermorder by wave 12.
  
• Part B - Defeated the Panzermorder without upgrading weapons.
  
• Part C - Defeated the Panzermorder with no Blitz.
  
• Part D - Defeated the Panzermorder without going down.
  
• Part E - Defeated the Panzermorder without Specials, Mods or Consumables.

B.A.T Agent

Unlock Requirements

B.A.T Agent

• Part A - Killed a Treasure Zombie for the first time.
  
• Part B - Defeated the Panzermorder for the first time.
  
• Part C - Survived 25 waves in Final Reich.
  
• Part D - Unlocked the weapon upgrade station for the first time.
  
• Part E - Assembled the Tesla Gun by wave 6.

B.A.T Elite

Unlock Requirements

B.A.T Elite

• Part A - Saved Klaus by yourself.
  
• Part B - Saved Klaus by wave 16.
  
• Part C - Saved Klaus in less than 75 minutes.
  
• Part D - Saved Klaus without going down.
  
• Part E - Saved Klaus without using Specials, Mods or consumables.

Bloodraven Hunter

Unlock Requirements

Bloodraven Hunter

This character can be unlocked by collecting Part A, Part B, Part C, Part D, and Part E of the Zombie Hunter set. This set is obtained by killing the Treasure Zombie that appears randomly throughout Nazi Zombies. Different pieces will randomly drop and can be picked up to be added to your collection.

Bloodraven Survivalist

Unlock Requirements

Bloodraven Survivalist

• Part A - Escape without using perks.
  
• Part B - Escape without any players going down in the Boss Fight
  
• Part C - Escape without players taking any damage from the Spider zombies’ special attacks. (The saw or blast attacks.)

Bloodraven Mountaineer (Groesten Haus Only)

Unlock Requirements

Bloodraven Mountaineer (Grousten Haus Only)

• Part A - Survive 30 waves without any players going down.
  
• Part B - Survive 20 waves without taking any damage.
  
• Part C - Defeat the Brenner boss zombie that spawns on wave 50.

Deathraven Survivalist

Unlock Requirements

Deathraven Survivalist

• Part A - Kill all zombies in the initial beach rush with headshots.
  
• Part B - Kill all zombies in the initial beach rush with melee attacks.
  
• Part C - Kill all zombies in the initial beach rush while crouching.

Deathraven Hunter

Unlock Requirements

Deathraven Hunter

• Part A - Reach Wave 21 without opening any doors.
  
• Part B - Reach Wave 21 without sprinting.
  
• Part C - Reach Wave 26 without opening any doors.

Deathraven Mountaineer

Unlock Requirements

Deathraven Mountaineer

• Part A - Don’t take any damage when activating the corpse gate in the Submarine Pens for 2 minutes.
  
• Part B - Get headshots after activating the corpse gate event.
  
• Part C - Get Propeller Trap kills during the corpse gate event. (Could be cumulative or a certain amount in one trap use.)

Deathraven Slayer

Unlock Requirements

Deathraven Slayer

• Part A - Survive 25 Waves with the first gun you get from the Mystery Box (You cannot switch weapons or pull out your melee weapon)
  
• Part B - weapon (If the challenge is not working for you try not using any weapon variants and unequip all consumables)
  
• Part C - Survive 5 consecutive Waves only using the Pommel

The Hunter from Seville

Unlock Requirements

The Hunter from Seville

• Part A - Get 15,000 jolts before Wave 15.
  
• Part B - Complete the Main Easter Egg with 30,000 jolts.
  
• Part C - Get 30,000 jolts before Wave 15 (or 20?)

The Mountaineer from Ural

Unlock Requirements

The Mountaineer from Ural

• Part A - Obtain the Pommel without taking damage during the last ritual.
  
• Part B - Obtain the Pommel without using the Ripsaw to get ranged kills.
  
• Part C - Obtain the Pommel without ever using consumables, mods, or specials.

The Survivalist from Hanoi

Unlock Requirements

The Survivalist from Hanoi

• Part A - Escape the map without using traps.
  
• Part B - Kill 3 Meuchlers with traps in 1 match
  
• Part C - Survive 4 consecutive Waves only using traps.

Bloodraven Slayer V.I.B.

Unlock Requirements

Bloodraven Slayer V.I.B.

• Part A - Protect the Bomber that has the Artillery Battery and do not let it take any damage
  
• Part B - Hit all of the German Ships without missing a single artillery shot
  
• Part C - Get 10 headshots on Bombers in a row while riding the minecart

The Slayer From Casablanca

Unlock Requirements

The Slayer From Casablanca

• Part A - Escape The Darkest Shore without spending more than 10,000 Jolts per player
  
• Part B - Obtain the Pommel without spending more than 20,000 Jolts.
  
• Part C - Get to Wave 41 without spending more than 10,000 Jolts

Are all of the newer characters only unlockable on the darkest shore? I just finished one of the challenges for the Deathraven Hunter (round 21 without sprinting) on the third reich and didn't unlock it. I was playing solo and unbound my sprint key so there was no way it didn't properly finish. I went up to around 26 or so and then just died to see if it would register
