Report a translation problem
The cases of Chinese users making threads on a daily basis that circle around PUBG game-bans or developer bans is quite explicitly seen on the New To Steam forum.
In cases where they attempt to translate the issue and create a thread in English; the translation service is poor and comes with the attributed syntax issues; grammar and spelling issues.
Baidu service is noted for this and is known to be the culprit.
since you're familiar with chinese culture, i was wondering whether you could explain why many chinese users have a string of numbers as their usernames. i've noticed they don't change them manually after registering but rather leave everything as it is (meaning their username is the first part of their e-mail as far as i understand). so why are they using numbers-only e-mails and why do they leave their usernames like that?
