Weapon Buffing Spells

Description
Can't decide between using magic or a weapon in combat? Combine the two with this mod.

This adds 19 new spells of temporary branding to the game.
These branding spells add small spell effects to all of your weapon swings (including Bows). These effects are in addition to any applied by the weapons enchantments. Casting a second one will remove the first. All relavent perks should apply.

Spells are: Banishbrand, Fearbrand, Firebrand, Forcebrand, Frenzybrand, Frostbrand, Holdbrand, Shockbrand, Silverbrand, Soulbrand, Turnbrand.

Feedback will be required to balance these, and if there is interest I could be persuaded to add some higher level ones...

UPDATE: Small balance tweaks and 3 new spells: Acidbrand, Flashbrand and Gravitybrand. I'm not sure Flashbrand works though.
And I've discovered that these spells don't work in Unarmed Combat, the entry point doesn't trigger.
UPDATED AGAIN: Expert level spells added: Blizzardbrand, Infernobrand, Dispelbrand, Controlbrand and Silencebrand. Again, I'm not sure if Dispelbrand works as it uses an effect not used elsewhere in the game.
UPDATED AGAIN 2: Master level spells added: Chainbrand, Entropybrand, Dawnbrand and Vampirebrand.

Cool spells, I like them. :) Fixes the problem I've always had with Destruction hardly ever having any form of synergy with melee or marksman

I did it this way so that you get training in the skill used.
Also its a little more tactical than set and forget.

May I make a suggestion? I think these spells should be toggle spells: spell effects that you can toggle on and off, with a penalty to Magika based on the strength of the spell.

Yeah

Are the spells supposed to take twice as long to cast on your equipment as it does to cast the equivalent projectile spell?

They come under the five magic schools.
Which one depends on what the effect is.

Just curious do these spell fall under destruction or enchanters?
