your simply wrong since the update you cant do the above as you "bounce" off walls or the gate, but you are allowed to climb player made structures like pillboxes so your wrong

this guide still gives you clues on how to climb :) you can still gain access to roof tops without walls/gates since the update, it was just abit faster the ways above what have been taken out np
