Forge Cooldown Timer

Displays cooldown timer for active ability on current weapon and a chat announcer for when timer is less than a certain value. The weapon must be held, player alive, and cooldown timer display shown for the chat announcement to occur (Riled Lucy, Hearthsfire Crystals, and Blacksmith's Edge are never announced).

Support for the Forge 2018, the Forged Forge mod, and the ReForged mod.

• Toggle Cooldown Timer Key - Key to press to toggle the cooldown display (Default Key: C)
  
• Up/Down Nudge - Up/down adjustments to the bottom preset (Default: 0)
  
• Left/Right Nudge - Left/right adjustments to the bottom preset (Default: 0)
  
• Cooldown Display Update - How often the display updates (Default: 15 fps)
  
• Cooldown Color Change Time - Minimum time left on the cooldown to start color change from START to END colors (Default: Max Cooldown)
  
• Cooldown Start Color - Color of the timer when the ability is NOT ready (Default: Red)
  
• Cooldown End Color - Color of the timer when the ability is ready (Default: Green)
  
• Show Total Cooldown - Display the total cooldown time below the main timer (Default: Disabled)
  
• Cooldown Size - Font size of the timer text (Default: 40)
  
• Cooldown Transparency - Transparency of the cooldown timer (Default: 0%)
  
• Cooldown Chat Announce - Enable/disable chat announcer for when a cooldown is past a certain time (Default: On)
  
• Cooldown Chat Threshold - Time left on cooldown to announce in chat (Default: 3 seconds)
  
• Unknown Weapons - Announce time left for all "unknown" weapons active abilities (Default: Disabled)
  
• Weapon List - Enable/disable chat announcement for each weapon's special ability (Default: All disabled)
