The higher the number, the higher the sharpness of the image. In the above examples, extreme values are used to some extent (hence the "noise"). If you set the value of the Sharpen parameter from 0.5 to 1.0, the graphics in the game will look natural, but nothing prevents you from sacrificing the beauty of PUBG graphics for a clearer picture.
