No Requirements Dawnguard Perks! (Cheats)

Description
Requires Dawnguard. This Mod Allows You To Unlock Any Perk From Dawnguard At Any Time With No Requirements! This Will Allow You To Unlock All Those Pesky Vampire And Werewolf Perks With Having To Kill People Or Eating People! And Not Having Any Of The Previous Perks Unlocked! When You Level Up Choose Whatever Perk You Want! Cheers And Enjoy!

u need to earn the perks first and then u can put them anywhere on the map, me friend!

so does this mean i can unlock them at anytime? or just dont need the 1st perks to get the last perks in the tree? great mod btw!

Will it glitch out if i uninstall when I have a perk the vanilla says I shouldn't have?
