Description
After green City, Stella Original CIty has been crashed. so I rebuild it again. and It's road and building layout of stella city. I would like to build it completely but It's better to remain another steps to you. Just build yourself for your Stella City.

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1115643292 is the Collection you need to run this. Also need unlimited funds as the water lines are not done and this city is $35m in the hole.
