>select invert vertical axis
>select invert horizontal axis
>you should get an achievement called "Psycho"
>whilst you are in the options if you have not already click zen mode for another achievement

For me worked by only inverting the vertical axis.

Weirdly, the default Y axis seems to be the "inverted" option from most other games (pull down on the stick to look up). I guess because it's a flight game, this makes sense, but ultimately it's camera-oriented control (to me, making the character move up is no different than looking up in a FPP game), so it being called "inverted" was confusing to me as I play "inverted" in other games but default in this game. So I got this achievement by accident.
