Phase 1 Rancor Battalion - Arc Trainers
by Worthy

Armor:
ARC trooper armor was the kit issued to the Grand Army of the Republic's elite ARC troopers and, during the initial days of the Clone Wars, was an early model of the Phase II clone trooper armor, field tested by said troopers.

The kit consisted of what appeared to be baseline Phase I clone trooper armor with additional grey protective plating on the forearms, lower legs, and torso. In addition to having various ammunition pouches, it was also equipped with a pauldron and a kama as well as a survival pack. The most unique feature about the kit was its helmet, which was seemingly a prototype of the Phase II helmet that retained the Phase I helmet's characteristic fin.

Lore:

A notable ARC trooper unit, Rancor Battalion was led by Commander Colt on Kamino. They participated in the Third Battle of Kamino. There were only four troopers known that were in the battalion, but there were obviously more. Rancor Battalion was most likely named for the strength rancors have, as they put much power, strength, and energy in their work.

Rancor Battalion is thought to be a strong and exemplary unit because it was commanded by only ARC troopers with no Jedi to assist them.

In 22 BBY, three commanders of Rancor Battalion were seen at the training facility when some clone cadets graduated. During that time, Commander Colt gave a speech. They watched as the cadets battled in training during the Citadel training course.

Blitz:

Thanks for your reply dude ! So you mean that you don't know how to do the kamas or I didn't understand ? ^^ Same for Blitz's helmet ? Other question, is it possible to edit Colt's Crest which is normally not all white ? Anyway, I played a lot with this addon, and I'd like to say that I love the epaulette you've done, really when it move with the shoulder, it's not like the other ARCs BFII addons, very good job on it

Hello there, these models are fabulous, really. You did a very good job dude :o If I may ask you, actually, in all your models, I found a imperfection. I know that normally, in the show The Clone Wars, the kama is separate in two part, but the kama of Colt in The Clone Wars is like two "V", so my question is, are you going to update it to improve Colt's kama to look like just two "V" glued --> "VV" Same for you Fives model in fact :o And if this can help you : https://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/theclonewiki/images/b/b6/ARCTrooperConceptArt.png/revision/latest?cb=20130529183730 You can also see that Blitz's helmet yellow mark look different of your. Anyway great job !
