[3.0] - [3.1] Break the game with wands - Scion Wander

I've used this build to complete 40/40 challenges in HSC and I'd like to share it with you. This is a Scion Wander, Mathil did a version of this very early on in the league, but I think I rounded out some of the edges. YOU CAN PLAY THIS BUILD WITH VERY LITTLE CURRENCY!! Yes, you read that right, wanders don't cost much to start, contrary to popular belief. All you reall need is a 4 link glove/helm, some chaos to buy an Essence of Hysteria[pathofexile.gamepedia.com] (craft glove) or an (craft helm), a [url] Tabula[pathofexile.gamepedia.com] , Lycosidae[pathofexile.gamepedia.com] and a Piscator's Vigil[pathofexile.gamepedia.com] to start the build off. Since it is a wander, the scaling is pretty much infinite, every piece of gear investment will up the damage significantly.

I strongly recommend all players to try out wanders(it is the best build of the game since pretty much the very beginning).

Q & A:

Q: I thought wanders cost a lot of currency to get started?
A: Nope! All damage problems are solved now with a lot of added flat damage (Added Cold/Lightning, Thunderfists[pathofexile.gamepedia.com], auras/heralds, Essence crafts), and accuracy problems are solved with Lycocidae.

Q: Can this character do ALL content?
A: 100% fo sho.

Must have Uniques:

• Lycosidae[pathofexile.gamepedia.com] - for 100% hit chance. Best in slot. Hope for +1 all gems corruption for Wrath & HoI
  
• Dying Sun[pathofexile.gamepedia.com] - for +2 projectiles on Kinetic Blast & Barrage. Don't need this to start, but get this ASAP, like 1st upgrade.

Recommended Uniques:

• Piscators[pathofexile.gamepedia.com] - for the 115% WED and 5% pen, crit chance and attack speed is really good.
  
• Tabula[pathofexile.gamepedia.com] - if you have a 6L, use that, but links are pretty key in this build. So I'll assume you all have 6Ls
  
• Thunderfist[pathofexile.gamepedia.com] - for dat FAT added lightning damage to attacks
  
• Essence of horror crafted helm[pathofexile.gamepedia.com] (not unique, but its kinda like an unique) - for the 30% more ele damage. This is where your KB will live
  
• Bisco's Leash[pathofexile.gamepedia.com] - for the quant. Doubles your mapping efficiency pretty much. (not needed, but definitely recommend trying it out when you have the spare change to buy one, it costs a pretty penny.)

Rares: Other slots could be rares, Find stuff with life, and res.
On rings, you optimally want Opals with Life, WED, and res
Belt: Leather belt with life, WED and res

You can slowly gear out of Piscators and Thunder fists once you have a T1 added lightning wand, and a really nice pair of either Ele Weak on Hit, or nice Gripped Gloves[pathofexile.gamepedia.com].

End game, you would want a +2 barrage helm that's crafted with Essence of Horror.

Watch the budget video for ideas. Headhunter not required. Lyco replacement = get 300+ accuracy on 2 pieces of gear. Passive tree has skips because of the Scion Ascendancy.

Pastebin loads in Headhunter as the ONLY belt along with what i'm pretty sure are Harb league items? In any case this is fairly unrealistic for 99.99% of players out there on headhunters alone several other tiems.

That said, I'm all about finding fun builds so if you want to keep this on the radar for players and popularity try loading up some more realistic item options?

Why does the passive tree look to have missing nodes? Like it just jump across the tree to other skills?

What's the good alternative to lyco atm? The shield goes for 100 chaos in abyss after drop rate nerf.

dont do that. that will only lower your damage. We focus on lightning damage.
