Drown Mod v1.0

This addon adds more realism when swimming in water. If a player stays under the water for too long he or she can now
drown because of lack of oxygen. Pretty simple.

Features:
-Players can drown
-Settings that can be edited:
sv_drown_enabled - Turn the mod on and off
sv_drown_damage - Damage taken every second when drowning
sv_drown_time - The time a player can be under water until he or she starts to drown
