Gain the ability to wear Naoto's hat from Persona Q.

Some credit where it's due:

-JerseyXS97 - Helped me learn my way around 3DS Max enough to make this

-Melon Speedruns - Answered some questions I had about hats and gave me some help.

-MultiDarkZen - Created the tutorial I used to get my hat working as a static mesh, as at the time 3DS Max crashed upon trying to export my skeletal mesh.

-Shadow32o - Made the Detective Hat mod, which I used as a starting point due to wanting originally to make this a flair of the detective hat.

-Models Resource - Where I got the PQ Naoto model which I used to make this.

@Police throwing Rocks The hat allows you to do the finger gun animation from Dead Bird Studios anywhere, similar to the permanent detective hat Shadow32o submitted before, mainly because I wanted to make this a flair of that hat at first.
