About
Another Euston St. Building. Here it is[www.google.ca] irl. This one's a corner building if you have the mods to enable that.

Lots of turn-of-the-century homes in Charlottetown have, over the years, become apartment buildings for low- and middle-income earners. I live in one like this. Usually, there's some add-on that someone built 40-50 years ago for the larger units, and I think that adds character to them.

Just the entry point props here. No DLC or Workshop dependencies. I'm doing my best to up my texture game with this work and the works that will follow. There are so many talented creators for this game. Every day there's some new inspiration. I can think of at least five projects I want to do based on what I've seen recently.

As usual, here[drive.google.com] are the source files. And please, let me know if this asset is broken in any way. I'll do my best to fix it.

Also, if you like what I'm doing and you think I could do something for you - tell me. Have a building in mind? Send a shot of it. I'm doing this to get better at it and I like challenges. Be specific. I'll ignore you if it's just a request for 'moar this type hous pls', if you get me.

Thanks again, enjoy!

@failzord. Thanks! I'll have everyone wanting Tim Hortons' donut-flavoured maple syrup poutine by the end of this.

Nice work on the housing series.

@Simulant - I know what you mean about the proportions. It was a compromise between having the building tight to the in-game footprint, which is 24x24 metres for 3x3, and trying to approximate the real life building. I also had to forego the decorative corbels and the fire escape for the sake of the poly count. There's always a compromise to be made. But thanks.

Nice !!! Thank you !!!

Great to see your additions! This kind of buildings are definitely needed. Checking on the original it seems like the proportions between the windows and walls isn't quite right. Windows too small / high up and too much wall. Otherwise finely crafted!

@tomb No, Jellybean Row [www.google.ca] is unique to St. John's, Newfoundland. NL's a fishing province and I gather this sort of housing just sort of sprang up when the place urbanized. I'm glad you like the Row House I did, and I plan to do more as part of this collection.

Charlottetown doesn't quite have buildings like this but they're similar - colourful, wooden and all about a century old. I'm hoping to bring the best of it - because it really is some cheerful architecture. Thanks!

Nice! I didn't know PEI vernacular architecture was so interesting. Do you have any rowhouses over there in C'town? (love your Newfie Rowhouse, by the way.... use them a lot in my USA cities)

Thanks @girlfromverona. You're a true fan of this game.
