I found a way to solve the cockpit exit issue, but am unable to post it due to file communication errors on my new PC. For an interim fix, remove the 4 angled corner blocks around the doors. Then remove the door and place it in the spot where the 4 blocks used to be. you may need to reconfigure the ramps signal logic. Everything else should be the same.
The issue was that the player's character would exit the seat and collide with the door frame colliders, being unable to exit the vicinity of the seat. By moving the door outward 1 block and rotating 180, the character can exit normally now.
Note that it needs a CPU extender for better performance in the latest version of the game. I'll make a bigger fix to it as a new workshop item.
