Art of the Duelist 1.1

Description
Hello, Everyone!
Here's mod #2, and a tad more complex. Please rate, comment, report bugs, and give suggestions as you see fit.

Ever wanted to wield a single one-handed weapon in Skyrim, a la Zorro style? Discouraged due to the lack of perks? Well say no more. Some of my favorite characters in literature and film have been einhanders, and I've always wanted to play one too. This mod adds those perks to make it viable, as well as add in some perks for any would-be Dagger-wielders.

Details:
--Adds the "Balance" 2-point perk, available at One-Handed 30 and 50 and requiring "Armsman" (corresponds to "Dual Flurry"), that improves damage, blocking, and reduces stagger while wielding a one-handed weapon and nothing in the off-hand.
--Adds the "Duelist" 1-point perk, available at One-Handed 70 and requiring "Balance" (corresponds to "Dual Savagery"). This perk reduces your enemies One- and Two-Handed skills, and thus their damage, for a few seconds while wielding a one-handed weapon and nothing in the off-hand. Keep on them to keep them weak!
--Adds the "Cruel Cuts" 3-point perk, available at One-Handed 30, 60, and 90 and requiring "Armsman" (corresponds to "Bladesman," "Bonebreaker," etc). Daggers will now have a 10, 20, and 30% chance to automatically stagger opponents. Combined with daggers fast attack speed, you can lock them down completely!

Edit:
1/3/2012: Remade "Balance" to interact correctly with "Armsman" and "Tower of Strength." Multipliers now add rather than multiplying together. And let me tell you, it was hell to figure out :P

I'm sure this is a great mod. Although, I think it might be better if it came with Zorro's rapier. That'd be cool

I'm unsure as to what would cause this problem. If you have any other skill overhauls installed, they may conflict. Try uninstalling them and giving this a try.

Does not work with torch and blade. One hand must be empty, although spells may be used.

Is it work if i use torch + blade?

I was just trying to make the suggestion that you add another branch off of the one handed tree to put your perks in, IDK how that would work out just an idea

As far as I know, creating a new skill tree crashes the game when you try to load. As far as not being worth it, if you use daggers, you use one-handed, so taking a point in Armsman is helpful.

This is really cool! I would like to say though, that I think it would be interesting to maybe have its own skill tree... Or at least its own branch of a skill tree, as an assasain, I don't need a lot (really any) of those perks, and to get to the dagger one just isn't worth it... So I hope you see this thank you. Its own "branch" off of a skill tree would be cool
