Fully animated Ingress glyph meaning "Shaper". Particles are interactive with the mouse and are repelled by it. The calibration grid rings rotate and shimmer slightly. The plasma links flow between the rings, which glow and emit particles around them. Enlightened and Resistance particles flow in from the sides. Shaper influence flows from the middle.

Lore: Shapers are beings possibly from another universe. They interact with life on Earth using portals at places of cultural significance. Through these portals and glyphs, they exert a passive influence on the thoughts of intelligent creatures. They have existed alongside humanity for thousands of years, but knowledge of them has come and gone. Now that we have the technology to interact back with them, there is a divide as to what should be done. The Enlightened believe that we could learn from the Shapers and seek a higher understanding of the universe. The Resistance fear that the Shapers may not be noble in their intention and wish to purge them from our world to protect humanity from possible harm. Both sides, though, fight each other using the system of portals created by the Shapers and the exotic matter (XM) that flows through them.
