1. There are no Walls. So place the Barracks near the valley towards Olaf. This will allow your archers at height to fire as the bears, wolves and enemy approach you.
2. Build Barracks/Prison/Armoury. No need for a Treasurer as you can sell wood.
3. Place as many woodcutters on your island to remove vegetation, then when cleared build as many spears/xbow/bow makers/hides
4, There are 5 spawn points for the wolves, place archers&spears near them to eliminate wolves as they appear(continuous).
5. Build hunters/cattle/apples where you can for food and honour.

But there's problems: Firstly, you start with enough stone to build barracks, armory and courthouse (which you all need) but not the treasury, and you can't trade stone at all. So if you build the treasury early, or lose/delete a building and try to rebuild it, the mission effectively breaks since you can't make units.
In general this mission is not too easy, the wolves ,Olaf and Edwin keep you on your toes.
But sometimes, wolves would wander further into the map, only eventually returning. I'm pretty sure this made the first objective (to remove them) take ten times longer.
So if you don't fall into the stone trap, you have a great-looking map that starts out tough, but gets quite easy after dealing with Olaf. It's really rough around the edges though, something I did not expect from a mission curated by Firefly.
