Simple Dragonbone Armor Fix

Adjusted the armor rating on DragonBone armor to be a few points better than Daedric. Also adjusted the resale value of DragonBone armor to be more in line with it's new armor rating. I calculated both new values based on the jump from Ebony to Daedric armor (ie, Daedric Gaunts are 2 points better than Ebony, therefor DragonBone Gaunts are 2 points better than Daedric now) in order to keep a semblance of balance intact.
