Welcome to Risus: The Anything RPG

"For some, Risus is a handy “emergency” RPG for spur-of-the-moment one-shots and rapid character creation. For others, it’s a reliable campaign system supporting years of play. For others still, it’s a strange little pamphlet with stick figures."

Just decided to create the set, so it was easier to play on TTS. The mod comes with dice, and notecards for keeping info. Hope you enjoy! The rules are provided in game, or in the link below.

Risus is intended to be a comedical, but quick and fun way of playing a tabletop RPG with friends or even random people on the net. You can adapt the system the way you want; there is no wrong way of playing.
Also, if you want more player spots, just add extra hands, and you'll be good to go.
If you want a more systematic version of the game, take a look at the Risusiverse. It's a pool of info, and it can provide you with new ways of playing the game. The "death spiral" mechanics can be averted, and they are discussed there.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL PLAYERS USE A MICROPHONE, ESPECIALLY THE GM.
