Amulets of Thu'um Mastery

I was recently playing a Shout-oriented character and found it rather annoying that I had to either a) Use the alchemy/enchanting restoration glitch or b) shop around forever to find an Elixir of the Healer to get a decent shout cooldown modifier. On top of that I had to get the Blessing of Talos every few hours - a process that got supremely annoying over the course of gameplay.

This mod aims to fix those issues, by adding 4 new amulets to the game which decrease your shout cooldown, without feeling like you're completely cheating! They have varying power levels, so you can obtain the one that suits you. They can all be crafted under the Jewelry section of the smithing menu.

Thu'um Apprentice's Amulet - 40% Cooldown Reduction, requires an Amulet of Talos and 1000 Gold to craft
Thu'um Adept's Amulet - 60% Cooldown Reduction, requires a Thu'um Apprentice's Amulet and 4000 Gold to craft
Thu'um Expert's Amulet - 80% Cooldown Reduction, requires a Thu'um Adept's Amulet and 10000 Gold to craft
Thu'um Master's Amulet - Eliminates Shout Cooldown, requires a Thu'um Expert's Amulet and 20000 Gold to craft

All in all to get to the Master amulet you need an Amulet of Talos and 35000 gold.

Alternatively, if you're either lazy, out of cash, or your Amulet of Talos is a quest item, you can use the console.
Open the console using (~) (the key above Tab and below esc) and type in:

help "Thu'um (insert rank here)'s Amulet" 0

After you press enter, this should return an 8-digit hex code with a corresponding item (the amulet name you typed in). Next type in:

player.additem (item code you got in the previous step) 1

When you press enter, you will have your item in your inventory!

If you think the master amulet is too powerful:

Don't use the damn thing. I only craft up to Adept since that's what I can get with a purchased Elixir of the Healer with an Amulet of Talos and Blessing of Talos.

If you think one of the levels of amulets is too overpowered, just don't use it! I'm trying to cater to various needs here, so use the one that is right for you!

This opens up some devastating combinations such as Shouting a group of frozen enemies off a cliff, summoning both Odahviing and Durnehviir at once, or disarming an enemy before blasting his weapon away.
