Yes and unfortunately it doesn't work for me. It seems fov and launch commands don't go well together.
Anyway, what I did was to remove the cl_fov line from the cfg file and type the bind "[unused keyboard button] cl_fov XX" in the command console.
I have created an autoexec.cfg file with the following lines:
cl_fov 105
fps_max 165
mat_motion_blur_enabled 0
viewmodel_offset_y 7
I have also enabled console commands in-game. They all are in effect except for the fov, which resets every time :/
