With an extern link:

1. You open this link http://steamcommunity.com/my/tradeoffers/privacy.
2. You will have to log in your Steam-Account, if you are already logged in you can go to point 3.
3. Your browser will pop off, and you can see three different parts of your Steam settings. You scroll down to the third section of this site.
4. The headline: Third party websites will present you the possibilitys with your Trade-URL
5. Now you can just copy this link, and send it to every one who wants to trade with you.

4. Open: Who can send me Trade Offers?
