IF you are having issues with icons missing or other such stuff, make sure to check what other mods have been added to the mix.
You are using this with WotC and not the base game?
Apart from that I'm not sure, try the basics of clearing your user config files

Same thing happens every time.
I'm new to Xcom modding, am I missing something?
I have a few mods only, mostly quality of life mods, so I don't think those are causing problems. Also I'm using AML, so in theory it should tell me if I need something else to work.
Anyone any ideas?
