Thin Blue Line Textures for 389 Modified

Description
As requested, a thin blue line texture for the 389 modified. This texture is to show appreciation for law enforcement.
While its not easily readable, the side text is the policemens prayer. To conserve the overall detail of the truck, the text remains the same color as the truck.

hats off to the boys in blue
is there any way that we can get some thin yellow line stuff or maybe a bada** slow down move over skin i am a tow truck driver and we need to get this word out there
tow drivers get hit on the roadways way to often and maybe if we get the word out there just maybe that driver on the shoulder that is helping someone get home will make it home them self to see there family at the end of the day
