Description

THIS IS AN OLD AND OUT-DATED ASSET. IT WILL NO LONGER BE MAINTAINED, SO PLEASE USE MY NEW ONE FOUND HERE!

Bob Evans is a chain of American restaurants with over 600 locations in 24 states, founded in 1948. Bob Evans mostly serve American style food, but some locations also sell, snacks, baked goods, and small gifts.

Two sign props are included in the download!
This is my first building, so I'm still trying to used to doing more detailed assets.

Actually, the building itself is less than 6mb. The tall sign is responsible for the major bloat, as it is a 6mb prop. You can remove that sign from the folder, as I have done.

Nice, but way to big size wise. 13 meg for a building like this is far too big. :(

Two things. 1) I think that this asset is very large in terms what it gives and how does it look (yes I know that it is asset with 2 signs). 2) Create yourself or ask somebody for better screenshots which will promote your asset better. Screens are small with weird white glare LUT. In my opinion this buidling should be about 5mb. 13mb is for high detailed skyscraper. Please dont take this comment as a sign of criticism. Take it as constructive feedback which you can take and improve your work.
