Historical Quotes on Loading Screen

Description
This mod replaces the gameplay tips on the loading screen with historical quotes, mostly from EU4's time frame. Currently featuring 43 quotes.

Doesn't change checksum(a.k.a. achievement compatible).

Supported version: 1.24

@Second Coming @Crippling Weeaboo Autism(kek) The mod works fine with any version. If you don't like the warning on start, go to your mods folder, edit the historical_quotes.mod file with a text editor and change <<supported_version="1.24.*.*">> to <<supported_version="1.27.*.*">> or whatever it is when you read this. There's no point in updating just for this.

You just need to subscribe and it should download automatically. To enable the mod, make sure it's selected at the launch screen under the "Mods" tab.
