Introduction

THIS BUILD REQUIRES INFAMY 4

Starting things off, this build is for people that can play while running around or just sitting and killing people. You can't just sit around and not die with this build because dodge is a bit complicated to play for new users.

HOW TO USE THIS BUILD

FIRST
Save as many tied (your tied civs, not your teammate's) civilians and try to not lose/kill them because it'll come in handy later on.
SECOND
Try to always have 2 converted cops on your team, an armored SWAT or ZEAL is preferred due to their tank-like HP. If you can't melee them, just shoot them anywhere except the head (this build will most likely 1 hit enemies in One Down)
THIRD
Move around, don't just sit down because this build is somewhat a teamplay/solo play build.
Teamplay = you provide cover for your team because of your high damage output, you direct aggro to converted cops, you have inspire, meds (use them wisely, don't drop 2 meds at the same time, always keep 1 for emergencies)
Soloplay = dodge, hostage taker, dodge, kills, dodge.

Skills

MASTERMIND

Why not aced jokers? meh, only saves a bit of time, skill points can be used in other parts of this build.
Why no weapon skills? you will most probably not need it because the gun itself is easy to control.

ENFORCER

Basically to move bags and to kill flashbang effects, and for some damage when surrounded.

TECHNICIAN

Some drill skills for whatever reasons (you can change this to anyting that you like)
Surefire is just to add ammo to your weapons if you're going to use low ammo weapons such as : M308, Galant

GHOST

Dodge and movement skills (a necessity for dodge builds)
Run and reload because it's nice

FUGITIVE

I know swan is nerfed but it's still useful
Feign for whatever reasons, who knows you're lucky!
Messiah so you and your team have another chance to play when all are downed

M308 Rifle, high damage output, high fire rate, high accuracy, decent ammo pickup.

Sights and Gadgets are modular, you can change it to anything you want.

How to use it?
Single fire to conserve ammo, you don't need auto-fire because it basically 1 hits enemies, 2 hits for specials. You only auto-fire when on Swan Song or when you're shredding dozers (5-10 shots, abt 2s max to kill a fully faceplated Zeal Dozer).

Dos (2)

Galant rifle, the classic M1 Garand, used until the Vietnam War by the US which they lost lol. This weapon is amazing, it has awesome ammo pickup rate and look at that DPS tho. The reload also looks very cool, the best at the time this guide is made imo.

Sights and Gadgets are modular, you can change it to anything you want. I prefer only having silencer and magpouch for the best look.

How to use it?
Basically same like the M308 but don't spam too much when you're alive, depleats ammo pretty fast.

Third weapon (new entry)

Microgun 5.56, new entry to the game, very useful and very good.

SECONDARY

5/7 AP Pistol

5/7 AP Pistol, the name says it all (AP=Armor Penetrating). This gun is an amazing gun due to it's capabilities, sadly it has a very low ammo pickup rate to balance the game.

Gadget is modular, you can change it to anything you like. Suppressor can also be changed between the 2. Personally, I don't use gadgets on pistols.

Melee

Nova's Shank

Fast melee time, this is used to dominate cops faster. You can change it to anything you like, it doesn't really matter.

Throwables

Concussion Grenade

Use this to revive people in tight spots when your inspire is not ready, or use this to run.

This is modular, you can also change it to fire bombs.

Armor

Suit

You can change it to Light Ballistic Vest and still get 40 dodge (10 less than suit) but I prefer Suit.

Primary Weapon

DMR CAR-4 Rifle

Use it like the M308, this has higher damage, less ammo pickup rate, faster reload. I personally use this gun.
