I smell such a sidequest, check the dialog from his wife that can be used

Given its name, and the similarity to the name of Winterhold, I would suggest that this really ought to become a player-owned residence in the Winterhold region that the player can either own or buy. In fact, building it (a la Hearthfire) would be fun, and it could be the first step in a long-term project to rebuild the broken town of Winterhold. Convincing some people of Whiterun (Naseem and his wife, and Jenssen) to move there and be employed as resident staff could be part of it?

ops my mistake i just read about Nazeem owning a key as well

sorry to comment this but truth be said: this mod is not lore friendly because wintersand monor key originally as it is written on skyrim uesp wiki "Acolyte Jenssen carries the key to Wintersand Manor, but there is no such place to be found in Skyrim." so i wait until someone who can make the lore friendly wintersand monor to match his key this mod is however the lore friendly wintersand monor has nothing to do with Nazeem honestly you should try to make the lore friendly the mod would be much more enjoyable perhaps Bethesda cut it from the game if so i wonder why they did not remove the key yes i have not the Unofficial Skyrim Patch. but it would be a good suggestion. anyone agree?

Nazeem isnt the only one with a key. Acolyte Jennsen in the temple of kynareth has one to.

I just wish Nazeem and his wife would actually sleep in their house now that they have one.

If you ever uptade this, you should also know that the house currently has no LOD and can't be seen from a distance.

a shame nazeem+wife never go there to live and sleep at night, they continuesly stay at the drunken huntsman.

I think that instead of a small farmhouse near Whiterun, Wintersand manor should be a bit bigger (it's a manor afterall) and placed either on the edge of a water basin (like the Sea of Ghosts, between Dawnstar and Solitude or near a lake (Winter=Skyrim; Sand=Near a lake or on a beach)) or between the Hammerfell/Skyrim border, near the road (Wintersand : Skyrim (winter) + Hammerfell (sand)). You could also place hothtrooper's Hammerfell armor in the house, as a souvenir of Nazeem's homeland for the player to loot. But the idea is excellent, continue your work!
