River Wood Smelter

Description
This adds a smelter near the rest of the smithing items in river wood. It shouldn't conflict with any mods unless there's something in its' spot.

Hey, it works either way... glad to see that there are mods out there to give Riverwood a Smelter (dissapointing that you had to travel to whiterun if you wanted to smelt on the game before mods)

got a smelter in riverwood by using console...
it was upsidedown -.-
