Enchantable faction armor

Adds enchantable faction armor to the game.

Armor is located in areas appropriate to their style:
- Dark Brotherhood armor is in the master bedroom of the Dawnstar Sanctuary.
- Thieves Guild armor (Guildmaster style) is located in the Cistern, in a locked chest that requires the "Tribute Chest Key" to open. This key is obtained upon completing the thieves guild quest line - it is the same key that opens the "Guild Master's Tribute Chest", located just to the left of this chest.
- Nightingale armor is located in the Twilight Sepulcher - Inner Sanctum.
- Archmage Robes (Both hooded and non-hooded versions) and Psiijic Robes are located on the roof of the Mage's College in Winterhold (accessible via the Arch-Mage's Quarters)

Armor containers will respawn their armor periodically, in case you lose your first set.

Armor containers are located in areas that require you to have earned the enchanted versions of them already. I do not intend to add easier ways to obtain these items in this plugin, unless there are major issues with their current locations (I may make an "easy mode" version of this plugin in the future, for those who would rather start with the armor.)

This mod does not alter the existing armor sets in the game, it merely adds unenchanted copies of them.

- The Armor sets (Dark Brotherhood Armor, Nightingale, and Thieves Guild) can now be upgraded at a workbench, like their enchanted counterparts. Clothing (Dark Brotherhood Robes, Archmage robes, and Psiijic robes) cannot be upgraded.

- Added Psiijic and Archmage robes, renamed several of the containers to make them a bit more obvious.
- Quick edit: Changed the Arch-Mage's and Psiijic armor locations to the college roof, instead of the Arch-Mage's quarters, so you need to have completed the Mage's College quests to obtain them.
