Update: Fixed some of the weight paint and added screenshots.

I've updated the model. I'm curious so please give feedback; as you can see on the screenshots the playermodel looks fine, but the NPCs have dislocated right shoulder, which is strange, because I've used the same model for both. This could be because of all of my mounted addons got mixed up, so let me know if you still have this bug.

the right arm is kinda broken, it doesn't really connect to the shoulder when holding a weapon, at least for idle NPCs

There was one Mileena playermodel uploaded way before I released this model, that is why I never uploaded her. But Ive realised that the model is gone. I actually could make a quick playermodel of her, since I still have her model downloaded.
