The Excellector

Description
The Excellector is a craftable weapon in three stages, and you can check it out under the Daedric category of the weapon forging menu. Its design is based on the sword of the same name from King’s Field II.

If you’ve played any of the King’s Field games, you’re awesome! If you haven’t, listen: when it comes to mood and atmosphere and aesthetic design, there’re no better games than those of the King’s Field series which, for the sake of this description, includes Dark Souls and Demon’s Souls --They’re spiritual successors and sport the same kind of feel as the King’s Field games.

Dude, I can go on and on, but I’ll stop myself now for fear of sounding like a nerd (King’s Field is so buttery-good).

Anyway, if you’ve got any suggestions, issues or hate or whatever, feel free to leave a comment.


...Or, you know, if you like King's Field and wanna share some love, you can totally comment on that as well.


Also, I've updated the horrible normal maps that were originally associated with the mod along with the grips for the Excellectors II and III (fingers should no longer go through the mesh).

This looks very good! We just need someone to make a mod for the Moonlight Sword and Dark Slayer (With their respective Sword Magic) and we'll have the perfect trifecta of legendary swords.

Yes, King's Field for the win. Now if only there was the KF version of the Moonlight sword and perhaps the armor of Lord Myu from Ancient City.

Ichrius' Armor would be cool, and ignore the guy saying the Excellector should be "smoother". It's a blade made of crystals, it's supposed to be definite planes and points!

At long last! I can wield the Excellector against the legions of evil once again!

Now if the other notable King's Field weapons were available, that'd be even better!

The King's Field series defined my childhood gaming, I'm so happy you made this mod, it really is awesome to see other people enjoyed the series, and your talent to make this mod blesses us all.

Dude I loved the king's field series. Nobody I know has played any of them beyond the Dark/Demon's Souls games. I wish they would make PC ports dude. That would make my life wonderful.
