(1v1) Balance of Terror

Description
Balance of Terror is a 1v1 Power Core Map.

It features a circular layout that is split into thematically different halves:

- One Necron (Cubus)
- One Chaos (Acheron Volcano)

The Power Core objectives are placed in a non-standard way, see the attached overview screenshot.
