Description
Lower Creek Townhouse by KingLeno

Asset includes 2 Townhouses:
Lower Creek 1
Lower Creek 2
Lot size 1x4
Custom RICO settings included

**DISCLAIMER** These buildings are "backwards." The back of the house/driveway/garage is facing the road so that cims will park in the driveway and enter the house from the garage. It's designed that way so that you can place an alley road in the 'back' and have the front facing another road.

I love these town homes! I'd definitely like to see more types of town homes from you! Such amazing time effort and detail!

@williams yea, the game is fully customizable, and there should never be any complaints about rico settings, props, etc. but I would imagine most players never open the asset editor
Williams Sep 7, 2018 @ 11:39am
A solution to the Theme manager issue is to simply make a copy of the asset in the editor and remove the RICO settings (or not add them rather) and they should show up in Theme Manager

Damn that sucks. I'd love to have your stuff randomly generate through themes, similar to how that American Eclectic mod does. Thanks anyways

@thedivinehustle yeah I guess. I don't know since I don't use Theme Manager and have no control over the way mods may affect assets.

So the only way for me to see your buildings that don't show up in Theme Manager are through RICO?
KingLeno  [author] Jul 24, 2018 @ 3:37pm
@thedivinehustle also, sounds like could be conflicts between RICO and Theme Manager. some people complain about the way buildings with RICO settings behave with Theme Manager. Again, I couldn't help since I have no use for theme manager mod.
KingLeno  [author] Jul 24, 2018 @ 3:35pm
@thedivinehustle sorry, I can't help. I don't have Theme Manager and haven't used it in years. All I can suggest is use Find It and search for "lower creek" or "lc"
