- Bandit can now destroy hibana pellets while they fuze
 
- Attackers can now deploy a second drone without destroying the first one
 
- Defender vision filter is removed when going outside
 
- Priority on observation tools for alive platers
 
- Crosshairs don't turn red on enemies anymore
 
- Enemy ID only triggers on successful scans
 
- Jackal’s Hunter’s Mark now marks a target’s position every 5 seconds (down from 10) for 20 seconds   (down from 30), for 5 position pings (up from 4)
 
- IQ doesn't detect friendly gadget anymore
 
- All drones can aim upward more easily

Undocumented Changes

 
- Hibana's ADS Time Has Been Increased.
- The temporal filtering video option has been removed.
- Ash's rocket laucher has a new animation. (click)
- Drones do not move forward when looking straight up and jumping. (click)
- The UI has been updated again.
- Gu Mines are activated by the hostage. (click)
- The electric shock coming off of Twitch's drone has a different animation.
- All textures look lower quality and less glossy.
- Drones make new sounds when in third person.
- During matches on Hereford a plane can be heard flying overhead, causing a noise distraction. (click)
- The glow stick charm actually glows.
- The vertical grip, angled grip, and laser sight housing is now colored black.
- Flashbangs have a new, slightly radiating, effect.
- Glaz destroys hatches with 3 shots.
- Fuze will deal partial damage to players, instead of always being kill or miss.
- Barricades are more destructible with shotguns.
- Objective and ping icon will now minimize when aiming down sights.
- Added more cover to prevent spawn peeking in Clubhouse towards Warhouse spawn.
- Sound effects got reworked(?).
- The hiding spot below Service Stairs on Cosulate has been restored. (click)
- The placement animation for barbed wire has been slightly changed.
- The process of buying cosmetics has been streamlined, with it taking 1-2 less steps to buy any   item in the store.
- Several skins and charms that you previously had to buy individually for each gun are now   available as universal.
- The rarity of the flirefly skin was changed from legendary to rare.
- All chibi charms have been downgraded in quality.
- Tachanka sets up and takes down his gun quicker, and it has less recoil.                                (Source)
