Over the past few weeks, I have been having trouble hearing and it has hindered my skills while playing games, especially siege. Just recently I came to the realization that I have not cleaned my ears out in a good 8 months so now would be a good time to do so. After I cleaned my ears, my hearing has increased ten-fold and I can now hear stuff I never even heard before. Here is the step-by-step process on the road to lead you to a better gaming experience.

How to clean your ears

1. Go find A wild box of double sided Q-tips, doesn't matter what brand it is. Just as a reference, I used Q-TIPS® ANTIMICROBIAL COTTON SWABS.

2. (OPTIONAL): Prepare a wax softening solution. You can usually find these at your local drugstore or pharmacy.

3. Take one Q-tip and insert it into your ear canal very carefully and slowly, until you feel like you have made contact with where a majority of the wax is nested. If you go too deep then you could possibly damage your ear drum (which happened to my cousin a while back).

4. Gently twist the Q-tip around the wall of your ear canal, making sure that all area of build-up has been covered.

5. Take out the Q-tip and if desired, use the second side and repeat said process to ensure the canal is free of wax build-up. It is recommended that you repeat the said process in both ears to provide an efficient cleaning.

If you have successfully completed the cleaning process, CONGRATULATIONS! Your hearing should now be improved. Now you can hear that roaming Cav's footsteps, and can hear all the cheeki scrubs who say they are playing on their alt-account, and their main is diamond, a lot more clearer.
