Ranger's Lodge - Riverwood, Player Home

The Rangers Lodge is a small house located in Riverwood (just opposite the mill)
it is aimed at Hunter/Ranger players, and is a good starter house or indeed at any point
in the game.
The Ranger's Lodge Now has a Basement/Smithy.

The note is now on the table near the door.
