Employ Overeducated Workers (1.10+)

Description
Compatible with Cities Skylines 1.10.0-f3 (Parklife)

This mod allows low-level buildings to hire highly educated workers. Highly-educated cims will work those positions without complaining!

In this mod, highly educated people search higher level jobs first. If no job is found, they will search lower level jobs. Conversely, low-level industries will search lower level workers first. If no workers are found, they search for higher level workers. This affects both Industry and Commercial buildings. It can be added to your game at any point.

Disclaimer: This mod is not mine, it is a fork/recompile of this. The original author has abandoned the mod, so I decided to maintain it from now on for current/future updates to maintain compatibility with the game.

Known Issues
Not interacting with Industries correctly, I recommend disabling for now while I work on a solution.

@Typpi - welll it's not dead, it's working very well, and the one you are referring to is actually not working, that's why i removed that one from my game.

@LemonsterOG: While it's true creators don't personally owe anything to their customers, fans, etc., remember that people can and will criticize a particular work that has been made. Whether the criticisms are constructive or not, people can and will often offer suggestions of improvement. No one is exempt from these types of criticisms. All of us still have to acknowledge this one important and vital aspect.

@osarak63 -- Careful. "Decency" is a strong word. They don't get paid for this, except for any donations they may get from players. Anyone demanding updates or changes to mods (or assets) should remember that none of these creators have to do anything, including making mods/assets at all. We're lucky to even have the option to use these creations.

@LemonsterOG: Well, thanks for the help. I just sure hope someone else here in the C:S workshop can make a brand new version of the EOW mod now that pcfantasy's version (the latest version of EOW) seems to be outdated and/or broken. If only they had the time and decency to do so... :(

@osarak63 -- I don't know what to tell ya. It works perfectly for me. That's all I've got. Sorry.
