Im not sure any default recipes require water...Could you tell me which ones?
I imagine you are using a mod of some kind which makes recipes more realistic or something.
To be honest that would be too complex. Every NPC would then essentially be a merchant who you could trade with. Too complex.
Instead of selling direct to the public, maybe you should role play as a cook employed by a local Tavern. If, say, you have a house in Winterhold, then cook at home (or at the local Tavern) and sell the food directly to the Publican (whoever runs the pub). This simulates you supplying the tavern, and it also simulates you getting paid for your job.
If you wanted to use the prices in my mod, just make sure its loaded below the other one. If you dont want to use my new prices, then why would you subscribe to it..?
