This is the town hall of Leuben (Dresden), Germany
It is a small townhall built in 1900/1901 to serve the incresing number of citizens in the former independent village. Fell free to use it for small towns, villages, suburban areas or other purposes. Ingame it is a level 2 unique building.

Klasse Arbeit, gefällt mir! Passt wunderbar zur Himmelfahrtskirche (wie im Original).
