Nuketown Zombies

On this map you play either as the CIA or CDC. It is set after the nuclear explosion seen at the end of a match on Nuketown 2025 (in Multiplayer). It is set simultaneously with the events of Moon as seen by the zombies changing eye color at round 25. The Perk machines and Pack-a-Punch Machine randomly drop from the sky. The map contains no boardable windows therefore there is no Carpenter Power-up. There is a Firesale Power-up.

Weapons

Nuketown has a Nuketown-Exclusive weapons
- M27

Also you can get the LSAT on Nuketown which is a weapon only available on 3 maps.
There are no Wonderweapons other than the Raygun and Raygun MK.II

Perk-a-Cola Machines

Nuketown features the original four perks:
- Juggernog (2500 points)
- Quick Revive (500 points solo/1500 points Co-Op)
- Speed Cola (3000 points)
- Double Tap II (2000 points)

Easter Eggs

- There are audio fragments of Richtofen from Moon. They indicate that the events in Nuketown and Moon are happening simultaneously.
- When knifing the fallout shelter door, you can hear Marlton (Green Run Crew) hiding in the bunker.
- You can hear the Tranzit bus horn on round 5.

Musical Easter Eggs
- Activated by shooting all mannequin's heads (8-bit version of Pareidolia/Coming Home)
- Activated by using the teddybears (Samantha's Lullaby)
-- On a seat in the bus
-- On top of the bunk-bed on the top floor of the yellow house
-- Outside the fence of the garden in the backyard of the green house.
- Activated by collecting the power-up behind the door in the backyard of the yellow house when the population counter is on 15 and the hand on the clock is on 1 (Re-Damned)

Trivia

- The clock in the middle of the map counts down the changing of the power-up inside the partially destroyed shed in the back yard of the yellow house. The player needs to pay 3000 points to open the shed's door to acquire it.
- In the background of the map, the sound of an air raid siren can be heard.
- Unlike its multiplayer variant, the garden walls underneath the windows on both houses cannot be climbed.
- In the loading screen, there is a candy with the incomplete name "uhtli" and has an image of a mariachi. The "uhtli" could possibly be a reference to Mictlantecuhtli, the Aztec god of the dead.
- The mailboxes that say "Woods" and "Mason" are still present, however they are both knocked over.
- In the left side of the loading screen, one can see a part of Moon's comic page.
- Nuketown was used by Broken Arrow in September 1st, 2025 in an attempt to aquire more Element 115.
- They use the excavator seen in the loading screen to drill for the element near the Nuclear Testing Facility.

Various Information

This Guide is made for players that know the map A BIT, with that i mean you know the basic layout of the map and know about the game mechanics.

@Fox King Because Moon and Nuketown zombies both take place in 2025. The crew teleports from Shagri-La to Groom lake, and during the teleportation from Groom Lake to Griffin Station they are sent forward in time since the teleporter wasn't calibrated correctly

Its after the original cutscene of the original Black Ops 1. Saying its a Zombified version of the aftermath of the Nuketown 2025 scene makes no sense. Why would they play audio clips of the original Black Ops 1 Moon Easter Egg going on if its set during the year 2025? So apples is right. Its set in the original Nuketown.

Actually, I never said it was after the 2025 map, which it is not. Though it is a 'zombiefied' version of the original Nuketown, the zombie map takes place after the cutseen at the end of a match on nuketown 2025.
