Dose work well with most other Ratios

Music can be turned OFF, ON or allowed to ALWAYS play.

Animation can be disabled to have a none animated 4k wallpaper.

Animation quality can be changed to four different options: from "High bitrate" to "lower bit rate"

60 FPS on top 3 quality options, 30FPS on the last.

UPDATE 1:
-fixed CPU usage when, "animation play" is unticked then being unpaused by wallpaper engine.

UPDATE 2:
-Wallpaper will no longer restart the animation every time it’s unpaused by wallpaper engine.
-Added an option to have music always playing.

UPDATE 3:
-Added 30FPS option in animation quality. Uses less, CPU but not by much.
-Music now fades when paused by wallpaper engine instead of just stopping. Could be a bit buggy if paused and unpaused quickly but easily fixed by allowing wallpaper engine to pause for 1sec since that is how long the fade is, or reselecting the ON option for music.
