Litchfield Penitentiary ver. 4.3

Prologue:

The riot incident in Litchfield Penitentiary was over, however, the story did not over yet.

The public society began to notice the issues of inhuman treatments and basic human right conditions in the current correctional regime, MCC was under severe criticism and accusations on their management negligence and the responsibility of Poussey Washington's death.

After a long-term battle on litigation, the Court of Appeal finally rendered a judgment that decided MCC shall take up all responsibilities, and issued a total 2 million dollars fines and compensations for the victims and their families. The State government of New York also demanded MCC to improve the correctional measures and living conditions in Litchfield within deadline.

Considering the current situation, the board of MCC decided to assign you as the new supervisor of Litchfield Penitentiary, and Mr. Caputo will be your executive officer in the field. Your only job is to save that 2 million dollars lost of the company (from inmates, your staff or whatever), and make sure to do it "correctly" this time!

About this model:

Litchfield Penitentiary is a fictional prison located in Litchfield, NY, composed by a minimum-security prison and a maximum-security prison. This model only consists of minimum-security part, because I currently lack of references on maximum-security one.

This model is based on the Old Rockland Psychiatric Center, the main filming location of Netflix series "Orange is the New Black".

However, there are several adjustments I made to make it looks both realistic and functional in Prison Architect (e.g. the kitchen and canteen were moved to first floor, because there is no 2nd floor in PA; simplified exterior shape of the dorms), hopefully they won't bother your perfectionism, enjoy!

Notes:
1. According to the series, there is a staff house redecorated in the forest from Season 4, however, it's a sniper tower now.
2. See if you can find the drain hole that appeared from Season 2 in the forest.
3. There is a special luxury individual cell near by the holding room and canteen, it's reserved for Judy King, make sure to lock her there if you see her.
