Ошибки могут быть следующего вида:
Starting BattlEye Service...
Failed to start BattlEye Service (0).
Installing BattlEye Service...
Successfully installed BattlEye Service.
Failed to start BattlEye Service (0).
Failed to initialize BattlEye Service: Generic Error.

Устранить эту проблему можно следующим способом:
Шаг 1. Выходим со steam
Шаг 2. Заходим в папку ...\Steam\SteamApps\common\PUBG и удаляем папку Engine
Шаг 3. Заходим в папку C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files и удаляем папку BattlEye
Шаг 4. Проверяем целостность кэша PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS

You can fix this problem in the following way:
Step 1. We leave with steam
Step 2. Go to the folder ...\Steam\SteamApps\common\PUBG and delete the Engine folder
Step 3. Go to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files and delete the folder BattlEye
Step 4. Check the integrity of the PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS cache
