It's been a while since I've played and I only made this guide because I was bored, I can edit any mistakes if I need to.
Essential Items
BLAST ARROWS

The first thing you are going to want to get are Blast Arrows. Blast Arrows are going to be your best friend in farming either of Daimon's forms. They do a lot of damage and stack with Conqueror's Periapt which you will be using as well. These are sold by Aestella in Cassardis and Camellia in Gran Soren for 650g.

CONQUEROR'S PERIAPT

The second thing you'll be wanting to get are a few Conqueror's Periapts. These items boost strength by 20% for 1 minute and stack up to four times so this will give you a massive spike in damage when you do your Daimon farming. These are sold by Fournival in Gran Soren and by Madeleine both in and out of her shop for 1500g.

WEAL ITEMS(OPTIONAL)

The third thing you'll need are weal items. These are items that double experience, discipline, and RC earned.
Veteran's Periapt
Can be purchased from Fournival in Gran Soren (Post Game with high affinity) for 25000g and can be forged for 37500g
Pilgrim's Charm
Can be purchased from Forunival in Gran Soren, Madeleine (Post Game), and Aestella in Cassardis (Post Game) for 70000g

WARNING: Pilgrim's Charm also grants prosperity, turning any drops into gold instead, use only if you don't care for Daimon's drops.

BOW/LONGBOW

Obviously you're going to need a bow to fire your Blast Arrows so choose your strongest bow depending on your class and that's pretty much it.

If you want to be a perfectionist and farm as fast as possible then here are two links to the DD wikia listing the bows and their respective damage output, choose the strongest you have and get to it.

Farming Daimon

GETTING TO DAIMON
Once you have all of the items you need (Decent amount of Blast Arrows, Periapts, and a good bow) then you're ready to start farming daimon. To get to Daimon quickly and effectively simply go into Bitterblack Isle through the second checkpoint and sprint to him. Bypassing all enemies (Because who has time for those?) and being quick on your toes should get you to Daimon's room in about 2-3 minutes.

FARMING
Now that you're inside it's pretty simple. Skip the cutscene (Or watch it, I'm not even sure if you can skip, it's been a while since I've played.) and go into your inventory. You'll want to make sure you do these things:
Equip Blast Arrows and your bow (Should already be equipped, duh.)
And use your Conqueror's Periapt FOUR times for max strength boost.

You're going to hold off on using your weal item until Daimon is about to die. (You don't want to use one right from the start and then for some odd reason kill him too slow right?) But once he's low enough you're fine to use it.

Anyway: Killing him at this point is simple.
First Form: Aim at his face and fire Blast Arrows.
Second Form: Aim at his chest/face thing and fire MORE Blast Arrows.

Congrats. Daimon should die very quickly and should even be getting staggered a few times. Once killed, grab your loot and head out the door on the left. Repeat as many times as you please through the second checkpoint.

SIDE NOTES
1. Getting the items you need from the start will be somewhat expensive, make sure you have a lot of cash.
2. Be wary of Daimon's vortex. He should stay staggered or just die instantly if you're strong/quick enough but yeah, keep your distance.
3. Blast Arrows are heavy, you made need a pawn or two to hold them for you if you want to move quicker.
