How to get each ending

Embrace ending: corrupt / upgrade all abilities

Resist ending: destroy all 7 shards

Neutral ending: anywhere between resist and embrace. If you only upgrade 6 skills and skip the hidden shard pieces, you will get the neutral ending

I don't think that will work, because I believe it will auto save after destroying each shard. Not 100% sure on that though. Also, destroying shards (resist) opens new skills in ability tree and upgrading at shrines augments abilities (embrace) that you probably want to have as you play through the game.

Was about to start this soon. Wanted to ask, do you think it's possible to do the 3 endings with 1 game? Like wait In the game and then upgrade everything at once, load the game destroy everything, etc? I don't why I ask since I haven't played it yet.. hehe thanks for the answer

I just wanted to point out that you can get 2 of the endings in one playthrough. Complete the neutral ending with 6 shards absorbed or destroyed, while holding the 7th in reserve. After completing the neutral ending, absorb or destroy the final shard and then complete the 2nd ending. NOTE: you still need to destroy ALL or absorb ALL shards to get resist/embrace ending.
